Our Level 1 Mental Health Awareness in the Workplace course is designed to give learners the knowledge and confidence to identify, understand, and assist colleagues or individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
This half day accredited qualification meets HSE workplace standards and is ideal for employers looking to promote positive mental health within their organisation.
Whether you're a team leader, HR professional, or simply want to support others more effectively, this course provides essential practical skills to make a difference.
All Mental Health First Aid courses are delivered live online via Zoom, allowing you to train your team anywhere in the UK with full tutor interaction and support. You also have a choice to have the training in house.

Level 1 MHFA WEEKDAY PRICING: Between 1 and 16 Delegates: The price is £525 + VAT, and 1 Trainer is required.

Course Timings:
Typical course hours are 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, but as we deliver this training at your workplace, we’re happy to adjust the schedule to suit your team’s needs - as long as the required learning hours are met. For example, training can run from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm or 10:00 am to 5:00 pm if preferred.
