BOOK YOUR FIRST AID COURSE TODAY!
The Blended Paediatric First Aid course complies with the requirements and guidelines set out by Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). This course is beneficial for a variety of professionals and people such as childminders, teachers, and nursery assistants working in Early Years settings. During this two-day course, participants become fully prepared to manage any paediatric first aid situation.
As this course is a blended one, you will complete day 1 independently before attending the second day face-to-face with one of our trainers. Once you have registered for the course and paid, Greater Manchester First Aid Training will send you all your credentials so that you can complete the online module at your own pace. The online course must be completed in order to attend day two. In order to ensure you are competent as a Paediatric First Aider, you will learn through real-life scenarios, videos, and other methods. The course also includes demonstrating CPR and the recovery position using the equipment provided. A multiple-choice exam will conclude the course.
The successful completion of this course will result in certification as a Paediatric First Aider in the workplace. All certificates have a three-year validity and are accredited by the First Aid Industry Board (FAIB).
